Alan Lead guitarist and backup vocalist.  Al was one of the original Duke Street King members.  Al is by far the most mature person in the band  (nothing to do with age...honest).  Al words of wisdom include "If a girl pukes on you, you will marry her".   Let us know if you find this to be true (we sure haven't).  He used to be a pretty good guitarist when the Duke Street Kings started (1982) but now 19 years later he's a very good guitarist!  Early influences include Gregorian Chants, Mozart (we think Al played with him),  Tiny Tim, and Liberace.  But seriously Al is influenced by Stevie Ray Vaughn, Mick Taylor (you should hear Al's lead on Sympathy for the Devil!),  Eddie Van Halen, and Dickie Betts.
